WHEN DOES THE COURSE START?

The course starts on June 1st. On Mondays and Thursdays the day's lesson will be unlocked and you will receive an email reminding you to visit the Teachable Portal to access it.

WHY IS THIS A LIVE COURSE?

This course is in a beta round. This means it is the first time I am offering the course. I will be developing it as we go, based on your feedback throughout the course. That means I have a general outline on how I anticipate the course to go (course schedule below) but I am able to add more into the course if you need further clarification on certain parts, or if you think we should focus more on one area more than another.

The benefit of a live course to you is that you get lots of interaction opportunities through the Whisking Up Yum Student's Facebook Group, and get a super sweet deal on the course too!

HOW MUCH TIME WILL EACH CLASS TAKE?

I anticipate the course material to take between 30 minutes to an hour to review for each class. Each class will have a recipe that will have a different time commitment for each recipe.

WHEN WILL THIS COURSE BE OFFERED AGAIN?

I am not sure when this course will be offered again, or if it will be. I also don't know if you will have the same level of interaction with me during the course. It will most likely be priced higher in the future.

WHY ARE YOU CHARGING FOR THIS COURSE?

I wanted to bring a comprehensive resource for baking bread in a way that is easy to follow and promote stress-free learning. I want to provide additional courses like this in the future, like pastry making, decorating cakes and cookies, etc., and your contribution allows me to work toward that goal.

WHY SHOULD I BUY THIS BREAD COURSE WHEN I CAN GET SO MANY YOUTUBE VIDEOS AND BLOG ARTICLES ONLINE?

I realize you can get all this information online, however, I am presenting everything in a nonstressful structured format with tons of videos and interaction. You will receive information as you need it to progress through each class so that you aren't becoming overwhelmed with everything all at once. There is a lot of information to consume online, but without guidance it can become overwhelming quickly.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE MATERIALS?

You will be able to access the course through Teachable. You most likely set up your login info when you purchased the course.

WILL I GET ACCESS TO MELISSA IN THIS COURSE?

Yes! You will get TONS of access through the Private Facebook Group for Whisking Up Yum Students to ask questions and receive feedback from Melissa. You will also be able to chat with other students who are also taking the course.

HOW LONG WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCESS THIS COURSE?

You will have lifetime access to this course, and will receive any future updates automatically! So you can go through the course as many times as you want to!

WHEN DO I GET THE BONUSES?

There are a few bonuses that I added to the course. I have an additional quick bread recipe, a video to show additional kneading techniques, and yeast troubleshooting. These bonuses will be unlocked when you arrive at the appropriate section in the course where they naturally fit. You can see the date of the bonus releases in the course schedule (below.)

If you qualified for the Bonus Sourdough Discard Recipe Book and Bonus Butter Book, they will be available in Teachable after June 1st.

HOW LONG WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE FACEBOOK GROUP?

At this point, I am not sure. It will depend on how much interaction there is after the course is complete.
