Looking for a quick snack to satisfy your sweet tooth? Whenever I find myself scavenging our pantry looking for something sweet to eat, I quickly create these no-bake peanut butter balls to quickly my cravings.
These peanut butter balls are the best–quick, easy, flavorful, and adaptable.
I love how quick this is to make. You can easily make this in five minutes because it only has three ingredients. It’s naturally sweetened with honey, gooey peanut butter, and textured with powdered milk.
Even though it’s ridiculously easy to make as listed on the recipe, sometimes I don’t feel like measuring things out and will “eyeball” it and adjust measurements for flavor or texture as I am craving it. Seriously, you really can’t go wrong with this recipe!
Alright, you ready to get started?! Let’s get baking!

How to make no-bake peanut butter balls
In a medium-sized bowl measure out 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1-1/4 cup non-fat powdered milk, and 1/2 cup honey.
Using a spatula, mix together until thoroughly incorporated.
Refrigerate for approximately half an hour or until firm. This will allow you to roll nice looking balls. You can add your mix-ins (from below) now, otherwise roll the mixture into 1″ balls.
If you want to roll the peanut butter balls in chocolate. You can toss chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 15 seconds at a time, making sure to mix the chocolate between each time in the microwave. Continue to microwave until completely melting.
If you have paraffin wax, toss a pinch or two and stir to help the chocolate smooth out. This will prevent the chocolate from being too clumpy when you roll or dip the balls in the chocolate mixture.
Roll the balls in the chocolate and place on wax paper to dry.
I suggest refrigerating the balls if you aren’t eating them right away. The balls are more firm after coming out of the fridge, and I like them best that way!
Modifications
I wanted to show you some ways to change this up. Buuttt… these peanut butter balls go so fast in our house that I didn’t have any left to play with! I will just have to talk you through these modifications!
My favorite modification is to melt some chocolate and roll the peanut butter balls in the chocolate. I love the contrast of the crispy texture on the outside with the gooey center. I find chocolate is easier to work with if you add a few pinches of paraffin wax to the chocolate mixture while it is melting.
You could also add mix-ins such as mini M&Ms, chocolate chips, coconut or crushed Oreos before you roll them into balls.
