Before we get started, here are some important tips to get the prettiest patriotic popsicles.
- You can strain the berries if you’d like or add the chopped-up berries for added texture.
- Be sure to let each layer chill for up to an hour before moving on to the next step, so that each layer stays separated.
How to make these Boozy Patriotic Pops
To start, combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. After the water has reached a boil, remove the pot from heat and allow the water to cool for 20-30 minutes.
Chop up the strawberries, and add them to a blender, along with 3 tablespoons of simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the bottom of the popsicle molds and freeze for at least an hour to set.
After an hour, mix the cream cheese and simple syrup.
Add to the popsicle molds. Freeze for at least an hour.
Finally, blend the blueberries and simple syrup.
Pour into the molds and add the popsicle sticks.
Freeze for a minimum of 5 hours, or overnight for best results.

Simple syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Strawberry Layer
- 1 1/3 cup chopped strawberries
- 3 tablespoon simple syrup
Cheesecake Layer
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 tablespoon simple syrup
Blueberry Layer
- 1 cup trimmed and quartered blueberries
- 3 tablespoons simple syrup
To Spike Pops
- Add 1.5 tbsp of vodka to each layer.
Instructions
